On December 13, 2024, Insight Acquisition Corp. completed its business combination with Alpha Modus Holdings, a technology company focused on AI-driven retail innovation.

The combined company now trades on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols AMOD (common stock) and AMODW (warrants). The transaction included a secured convertible note providing $2.6 million in net proceeds, with the potential for an additional $5 million in follow-on capital to support growth and operations.
